Anita Borg Scholarship - Africa, Europe, Middle East Deadline for 2012: February 1st.
Google Anita Borg Scholarship recipients will each receive a financial award for the academic year. A group of female undergraduate and graduate students will be chosen from the applicant pool, and scholarships will be awarded based on the strength of each candidate’s academic background and demonstrated leadership. In addition, all scholarship recipients and finalists will be invited to attend a retreat at Google.

Online tools for your business at any stage

Based in the US but with nationwide initiatives, Score has been helping entrepreneurs and small business owners at various stages in their professional lives, by providing support and guidance online and offline.

Here are some of the tools available in Score's site:

Mentoring: you can find a mentor based on skills such as finance & accounting, operations, marketing , strategy & planning and many more, and schedule a meeting (US only) or receive advice via email.

Online Workshops: free workshops covering different topics. You can find a list of upcoming webinars here. The startup ones are especially recommended for those in the initial steps of setting up a business, as they cover strategies from business plans to kicking things off for real.

Lastly, the website also provides templates and tools that help entrepreneurs put their knowledge in action.

Resources are easy to find and look through, so give it a try!
